All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Shipping Time: 6–9 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

Other International Destinations

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Shipping Time: 7–12 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, public holidays, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within our supported regions.

All shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Leeiin operates as an international e-commerce retailer.

To ensure efficient delivery, orders may be fulfilled through authorized fulfillment partners and logistics facilities located in different regions, depending on product availability and shipping destination.

5. Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped
• Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system
• Delivery is handled by reputable carriers such as USPS, Royal Mail, or equivalent local services

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

• Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or redirected

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer

For U.S. customers:
Orders under USD $800 are generally not subject to import duties (subject to current regulations).

8. Delays & Lost Packages
